Here’s a timetable of how everything usually pans out.....

September – deadline for schools that have interest in participating to make contact with us. clouddog contacts head teachers and distributes information packs. Click here for contact information.
October – If your head teacher likes the sounds of it, clouddog comes to your school assembly and gives a presentation to you and your fellow students and application forms are distributed.
December – You submit your application form to clouddog before you leave for the Christmas break.
January – A selection committee reviews the applications.
February – clouddog invites short-listed candidates to come along for an interview.
March – Final students are selected and we begin preparations for your departure in June.
April/May – Parent Briefing days are held in the UK and southern Africa 
June/July – clouddog southern African component begins
August – Alumni events upon your return for re-assimilation to your local community
September – That’s not the end of it! Our alumni are still in touch three years on from their time with clouddog, and it’s growing
October/November – Opportunity to stay involved with clouddog through selection and interviewing of the successive group of students.
