Community Act SA 2011
  7 March 2011
Thank you to the staff and students of the School of Achievement (SOA), Elspark, Johannesburg for hosting our first Community Act of 2011.  clouddog alumni and SOA students planted more than 72 trees to offset clouddog carbon footprint for our 2010 programmes.  The trees which were purchased through the Food & Trees for Africa, Carbon Neutral registered programme were split between the SOA gardens and their neighbours, the Gracelands Primary School.  Everyone worked very hard in the heat of the day, but thanks to the forethought of the SOA Principal, Tinus du Perez, the hired diggers made a huge job much more manageable!
Thanks to everyone who attended to make the day a huge success and a lovely way for the Alumni to have a mini reunion at the same time.
